El Cerrito Resale Inc. is a wholesale distributor of health and beauty products. We are a family business with more than 10 years in the sector. We are located in Chicago, IL and distribute our products throughout the United States.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. We close from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM for lunch.

How do I become a buyer?

How do I place an order?
To place an order, you must be a registered buyer. If you are already a registered buyer, you can call our office to place your order. If you are not a registered buyer, you can fill out the form on our Wholesale and Export page and one of our representatives will contact you.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is $300.00.
How do I get the status of my order?
You will receive an email with the status of your order. Alternatively, one of our representatives will contact you to inform you of the status of your order.
How do I cancel an order?

Shipping Questions
How long until I receive my order?
Local orders are delivered the next day. Out of state orders are delivered within 5-7 business days. Please note that public holidays may affect delivery times.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders within the Chicago area are delivered free of charge. Out of state orders are subject to shipping charges. Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the order and the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this time.

We deliver to the 48 contiguous states.
